Please note the following requirements:

- Please sanitise your hands upon entry
- (On Chol Hamoed) Please sign-in using the QR Code
- (On Chol Hamoed) Please wipe down table and chairs after use with antibacterial wipes provided.
- If you did not register before Yom Tov, please make sure to fill out this form after Yom Tov
- Please tidy up after yourself

As eating in a Sukkah is classified as outdoor recreation, please make sure you are keeping to the current rules
- No more than 2 unvaccinated people in a group (unless they are from the same household).
- No more than 5 fully vaccinated people in a group (unless they are from the same household).
