your most neglected treasure is...

If you ask me, it's undoubtedly prayer.

We tend to treat prayer like a mitzvah, something we do for G‑d, and we're missing the point.

Prayer is supposed to be a chance to connect inwardly, to be inspired and uplifted, to journey to a deeper and truer place inside of ourselves. It is supposed to give wings to our emotions and words to our yearnings.

If that's something you want and Jewish prayer isn't currently doing that for you, you don't want to miss our upcoming JLI course: "With All My Heart: The Jewish Art of Prayer and Spiritual Experience."

We begin on Tuesday evening 28 May 2019, for six consecutive weeks.

Will you join me?
