Our Mission
Our logo embodies Chabad’s motto: “Where every Jew is family.” It reflects our commitment to sharing the warmth, joy, and soul of Judaism while fostering a strong, united community.
Chabad North Shore is part of a global network of over 3,500 Chabad institutions. Established in 1989, we are dedicated to realizing the vision of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, by working toward a world of peace, goodness, and G‑dliness.
Our Purpose
We strive to:
- Strengthen Jewish life by encouraging acts of goodness and mitzvot.
- Highlight the inherent goodness and spirituality within every individual.
- Nurture a deeper understanding and meaningful experience of Judaism.
- Provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where Jews of all backgrounds feel at home, valued, and respected.
- Offer emotional, spiritual, and material support to those in need, unconditionally.
Our Impact
We bring this vision to life through a wide range of educational, outreach, crisis, and welfare programs for men, women, and children across the North Shore. Our goal is to inspire, uplift, and create a thriving Jewish community for all.
Our Leadership
