Every Morning…As a little child, I watched as my Grandmother Z”l slowly arose from sleep, slowly walked out of her room..silently saying a few words…when I asked her what she was saying her answer was Tottalah it’s a special prayer called the Moydi Ani…The power of those words coming from her lips.. 65 plus years later still resonate in my mind.
Thank You Rabbi

Thank you very much
Thank you for sharing and explaining this prayer it is impacting the way I start the day in a more positive and productive way.
This has given me new hope and strength. It has also profoundly helped me to understand the meaning of the prayer in detail and get deeper access to the Hebrew language. I also find the music very helpful as it creates a meditative mood. Thank you very much.
Thank you. This was very meaningful and well presented.
This 3 part meditation has been deeply impactful on not only my mornings and days, but by extension my entire life. Thank you so much for your inspirational teaching.
Thank you Rabbi. I think I want to meditate just on the first three words for awhile. I like the background ambient music. I find it soothing and it helps me to go within deeper.
Nice teaching. But why the eastern sounding music? So distracting.
I love that music! In fact, it helped me a lot, but it is just how every soul feels ;)
Toda! I appreciate these videos..

Thank-you, Rabbi Freeman..beautiful lesson.
Very good and interesting class. Very good and interesting class. Every time I listen one of those classes I discover lot of answers to many of my questions. But sometimes I start having more questions. For instance: I understood from the class, that the soul would rather stay with her source up there during our dream, then return to the body and G-d makes the soul return. Who is saying thanks for returning that soul to the body? The body itself?
Loved this - so inspiring. Best mediation I have done in ages.
