We aim to engage each child’s sense of identity by capturing their imagination and attention. For this reason, we place great emphasis on providing meaningful lessons within a warm, positive, and encouraging environment.
Using the highly acclaimed CKids curriculum, students embark on a journey of self-discovery and connection. Our immersive and transformative program encourages children to develop meaningful relationships with the heroes of our Jewish past on practical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Our goal is to make every year at CKids North Shore a memorable and inspiring experience. Through the CKids six-year rotational curriculum, students explore Jewish history, holidays, heroes, and mitzvot in ways that are developmentally appropriate. Each year focuses on a different theme drawn from the Torah, helping children learn valuable lessons while building strong Jewish foundations for the future.
Through creative educational tools such as art, geography, theatre, filmmaking, STEAM activities, and virtual reality, children relive the journeys of our ancestors and discover how these timeless values can guide their own lives. This engaging curriculum supports cognitive development, creativity, and self-expression, while nurturing a strong sense of wellbeing and Jewish pride.
For Hebrew language learning, we use the highly regarded Aleph Champ program. Aleph Champ breaks Hebrew reading into clear, achievable levels, allowing each child to progress at their own pace. By the end of their CKids experience, students are comfortable recognising Hebrew letters and words and have developed strong Hebrew reading skills.
