Jewish Club at Killara - SQUARE.pngKillara High School have kindly allowed a Jewish Club to operate weekly for the last 15 years. We are delighted to be able to continue the club this term. In order to do so the school requires all parents to formally authorise their children to attend.

The Jewish Club runs weekly each Friday during lunch in Room D20 from 1:15 to 1:45 pm. It is open to all students from Years 7-12 (although at times numbers may have to be limited due to health and safety requirements). Food and drinks will be served.

The Jewish Club is organised by Rabbi Mendy and Chanie Schapiro of Chabad North Shore, and a team of Bochurim/Youth Leaders. As required, all staff have received a WWCC (Working With Children Check), and have been trained in First Aid.

The purpose of the Jewish Club is to connect Jewish students with each other; provide a forum for meaningful discussions on Jewish ethics, morals and values; and an opportunity to relax while enjoying some refreshments.

We would love to see your children regularly and get to know them. There is no obligation on their part to come every week.

If you would like to discuss this further please contact Rabbi Mendy. If you would like to come along to the club, or volunteer on the day, you would be very welcome, so please let us know.

If you would like your children to participate please complete and return the form (link below) to the school office as soon as possible.
