MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Chabad House of the North Shore Limited is responsible for the operations of the group. Its Board of Directors are responsible for its operation in accordance with its constitution and for the benefit of the Jewish community on the North Shore.

Chabad House of the North Shore Property Holdings Inc. owns the properties and leases such properties to the operating company for the purpose and use expressly stated in the objects of Property Holdings Inc.'s constitution. The Property Committee is responsible for ensuring the proper use of the properties in accordance with its articles.

Rabbi Schapiro has assembled the following group of professional people from the community to assist him to address day to day issues of Chabad of North Shore:
