1. Enrolment Process
A completed enrolment form, including all required documentation, must be submitted before any booking can be confirmed.
Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Camp Gan Izzy.
2. Bookings & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- A valid payment method must be provided.
- Families are responsible for ensuring their booking details are correct.
- Bookings may be suspended if payment is declined or overdue.
3. Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
Families are responsible for providing accurate CCS information.
Where CCS details are not supplied or are incorrect, full fees will apply until Centrelink adjustments are processed.
4. Late Bookings
Bookings received within two business days of attendance may incur a $20 late booking fee per child, subject to availability.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Fees are generally non-refundable for cancellations, change of mind or absence, including illness.
- If Camp Gan Izzy cancels a program, a full refund or credit will be provided.
6. Medical Information
Parents must disclose all medical conditions, allergies and additional needs.
Children requiring medication or an Asthma or Anaphylaxis Action Plan must provide current documentation and any required medication before attending.
7. Behaviour
Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff directions.
Where behaviour places the safety or wellbeing of others at risk, Camp Gan Izzy may require a child to be collected and reserves the right to suspend or cancel their enrolment.
8. Food & Clothing
Children must bring:
- A healthy morning snack
- A packed kosher dairy or parev lunch
- A labelled refillable water bottle
- A sun-safe hat
- Appropriate clothing for the day's activities
For excursion days, children must wear a Camp Gan Izzy T-shirt. If one is not brought, a new shirt will be issued and charged to the family account.
9. Personal Belongings
Camp Gan Izzy is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
Mobile phones, tablets, gaming devices and valuable items should not be brought unless specifically authorised.
10. Excursions
Children attending on excursion days are expected to participate in the scheduled excursion.
Programs or excursions may be changed due to weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Collection of Children
Children may only be collected by authorised persons listed on the enrolment form unless prior written approval has been provided.
Late collection fees may apply.
12. Privacy
Camp Gan Izzy collects and stores personal information to provide care, administer CCS and meet legal obligations. Information will only be shared where authorised or required by law.
13. Acceptance
By submitting an enrolment, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Camp Gan Izzy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
